After my Trauma Release Programme, I went on to do Colleen’s ” Time to Shine Programme.” This had an enormous effect on my life.  Each weekly session was like being wrapped in a blanket, bringing comfort and peace.  This we did together on Zoom.  I learned how to deal with negative thoughts, to move forward, explore what I enjoyed doing previously and what I’d like to now do to enrich my life.  We covered breathing techniques, insomnia, guided meditations and so much more.  I have a toolbox full of goodies should I need to refer to them.

I now feel a complete ‘shift’ mentally.  I am confident, have self love, a new job and I fear nothing.
